WEEKLY SCHEDULE:

TUESDAYS 5:00 -6:30PM - YIN + YOGA NIDRA @ The Garden

Yin Yoga is a slow yet dynamic practice of mostly floor based yoga poses that allow your body a myofascial release of connective tissue, which feels as good as a massage. Super grounding and calming for the nervous system.

Then we transition to ‘extended sivasana’ for Yoga Nidra which is a creative guided visualisation journey around the body where we return Awareness home to each part. Practitioners experience drifting between states of consciousness, which can be quite healing, especially to access the unconscious mind and theta brainwaves, which often contributes to vivid dream-states.

Individually both are powerful practices, more so when combined. Props provided and limited mats also.


SATURDAYS 9:00 - 10:30AM - YANG TO YIN YOGA @ The Garden

Start the day in Balance + Harmony.

We flow through some sun salutations and standing movements to generate Yang heat in the body to awaken it for the day.

Then we wind class down with some cooling Yin grounding floor based poses to re-familiarise ourselves with what it means to go slooow, and move to the lowest point, to be like water.

Class is designed to regulate your nervous system in these anxious times to soothe and heal your mind and body through movement and guidance that provides calm and clarity.

 





Online Sessions

Sundays 8:00pm to 9:15pm / GMT - Yin and Yoga Nidra

A super soothing class of soft yet dynamic yin poses, mostly floor based and held between 3-5 minutes. This allows for a deeper release into your fascia and connective tissue. Pure bliss! Then we really wind it down closing with a Nidra session,which is a guided visualisation around the body where we return awareness home to the body. Intentions are set and are a very important part of this magical practice. Perfect for self-regulation, deeper awareness and embodiment. All accompanied with a juicy Spotify Playlist to move to. PRIVATE SESSIONS

If you would like to take your practice to the next level or want to focus specifically on core work, resilience training, healing your back, pre or post-natal, Nidra or breathwork then a private or mini - group Zoom session is ideal. The sessions bespoke so just let me know what your needs are and I will do my best to accommodate your requests. All sessions are 1 hour long and cost £30. This price includes class plan and homework for you to be able to build a home practice that works for you.
